We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Morningsong coffee roasters!

After 12 years in specialty coffee doing just about everything along this end of the supply chain, Andrew Grassmick started Morningsong Coffee Roasters in 2022. The company was founded on a passion for remarkable coffee…coffee that intrigues and even transports the drinker if only for a moment. It was also founded with the realization that coffee like this is only achieved by meticulous work day in and day out. We spend an immense amount of time evaluating and tasting coffees to choose the ones that will make it on to our menu. Once they arrive to us, we spend even more time making sure they are roasted to the highest standard. We cup every batch of coffee to constantly hone in on the perfect roast. The end result is clean, complex coffee that expresses the care and attention put into it from farm to cup. 

Before our work begins, quality-minded coffee farmers have to apply the same passion and attention to detail to their crops. It’s our job to find the ones just as committed as we are so we can work with them time and again to bring a taste of their land and their work to our customers. We highlight farmers as prominently as we can and try to tell at least a small slice of their story whenever possible. While at opposite ends of the supply chain, it is paramount that the roaster and farmer are like-minded in their pursuit of quality.

The name “Morningsong” alludes to every coffee profile being its own unique tune but also requiring the expertise to know how to “play” them. All the coffees we source from around the world are expertly crafted music. We have the privilege to conduct so that our customers can have coffee that truly sings.
